Flat snake chain necklace

If you absolutely love subtle, elegant and classy necklaces, then our CUS® small snake necklace is exactly what you need in your collection! This necklace is only 3mm thick and has small flat links. It is also called ´flat snake chain necklace.´ This necklace is available in silver and gold. Both the flat snake chain gold and the flat snake chain necklace silver are made of stainless steel and do not lose their colour while wearing them. Contact with water is not a problem either, the necklaces will maintain bright and shiny. There are several ways to make this small snake necklace more personal. You can either combine it with a small snake bracelet, another CUS® necklace or you can add one of our CUS® charms. The small snake bracelet is also made of stainless steel and available in silver and gold, so it is always possible to match your small snake necklace with the same snake bracelet. If you want to level up your layers, you can combine the flat snake chain necklace with, for example, our CUS® enamel necklace. How to return my order

Step 1: go to www.cus-boutique.com and enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Step 2 - indicate which item(s) you wish to return and for what reason.

Step 3 : if you want to return a damaged product, upload photos of the damage and give a description of the damage.

Step 4 : Choose the method of refunding.

Step 5: Choose your shipping method.

Step 6: If desired, choose to insure your return.

Step 7: Choose the payment method for your return label.

Step 8: Depending on your choice, you will receive a refund to your account within 14 days.

What to bear in mind when returning goods

Make sure you send your return within 14 days of receiving your order.Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Jewellery warranties

CUS® provides a 6-month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, necklaces and charms. Validity starts from the date of your purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, necklace or charm.

Outside the warranty of the bracelets, necklaces and charms are:

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging.Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.Unapproved repair or modification.Damage due to fire.Loss of the bracelet, necklace or charm.

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first communicate complaints to us by emailing info@CUS-Boutique.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
