Jewellery Warranties
CUS® offers a 6 month warranty on all the stainless steel bracelets, necklaces and charms. This warranty starts on the date of the purchase and covers production defects on all of the bought items.
Not included in the warranty are:
- aesthetic changes arising during normal wear and tear and aging
- defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness
- unapproved repair or modifications
- damage resulting from fire
- loss of bracelets, necklaces or charms
We hope that it won’t be the case, but if you do have a broken piece of jewellery, please send an e-mail to info@cus-boutique and do not forget to mention the following details:
- date of the purchase
- name
- address
- a copy of the receipt
- detailed explanation of the problem
- picture of the jewellery item
- subject of the e-mail has to be: ‘Complaint Bracelet/Necklace/Charm’
We hope to solve your complaint within a week. Please note that we do not offer any type of warranty without proof of purchase. This guarantee ensures that you receive a free replacement in accordance with the terms and conditions.
