We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If you have ordered before 12 noon, we will dispatch your order the same day. You can track your order via the tracking code of PostNL so you are always informed about the shipment of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are Euro 3.95 per letterbox package.

If your order exceeds Euro 50,- shipping is free.

Shipping costs to Belgium and Luxembourg are Euro 4.99 per parcel.

Shipping costs to Germany are Euro 5.99 per parcel.

Shipping costs to France are Euro 5.99 per parcel.

How to return my order

Step 1: go to www.cus-boutique.com and enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Step 2 - indicate which item(s) you wish to return and for what reason.

Step 3 : if you want to return a damaged product, upload photos of the damage and give a description of the damage.

Step 4 : Choose the method of refunding.

Step 5: Choose your shipping method.

Step 6: If desired, choose to insure your return.

Step 7: Choose the payment method for your return label.

Step 8: Depending on your choice, you will receive a refund to your account within 14 days.

What to bear in mind when returning goods

Make sure you send your return within 14 days of receiving your order.Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Make sure it is well packed so it cannot be damaged during transport.The cost of the return is at your own expense.We can only process returns when the order is returned undamaged in its original packaging. Jewellery warranties

CUS® provides a 6-month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, necklaces and charms. Validity starts from the date of your purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, necklace or charm.

Outside the warranty of the bracelets, necklaces and charms are:

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging.Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.Unapproved repair or modification.Damage due to fire.Loss of the bracelet, necklace or charm.

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first communicate complaints to us by emailing info@CUS-Boutique.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
