CUS® provides a 6-month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, necklaces and charms. Validity starts from the date of your purchase. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, necklace or charm.

Outside the warranty of the bracelets, necklaces and charms are:

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging.Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.Unapproved repair or modification.Damage due to fire.Loss of the bracelet, necklace or charm.

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first communicate complaints to us by emailing info@CUS-Boutique.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
