What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are Euro 3.95 per letterbox package.
If your order is over Euro 50, shipping of your package is free.
Shipping costs to Belgium and Luxembourg are Euro 4.99 per package.
Shipping costs to Germany are Euro 5.99 per package.
Shipping costs to France are Euro 5.99 per package.

How can I return my order?
Step 1: Go to www.cus-boutique.com and enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
Step 2: Indicate which item(s) you wish to return and for what reason.
Step 3 : If you want to return a damaged product, upload photos of the damage and provide a description of the damage.
Step 4: Choose how you want your amount to be refunded.
Step 5: Choose your shipping method.
Step 6: If desired, choose to insure your return shipment.
Step 7: Choose the payment method for your return label.
Step 8: Depending on your choice, you will receive the amount back into your account within 14 days.
What should I take into account when returning an item?
Make sure you return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Make sure it is well packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. We can only process the returns if the order is returned undamaged in the original packaging. For items that are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
