CUS ® offers a 6 month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, chains and charms. Validity starts on the date of your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, chain or charm.

The following are not covered by the warranty on bracelets, necklaces and charms:

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging. Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness. Unauthorized repair or adjustment. Damage resulting from fire. Loss of the bracelet, chain or charm.

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@CUS-Boutique.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .
