Jewelry guarantees
CUS ® offers a 6 month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, chains and charms. Validity starts on the date of your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, chain or charm.
The following are not covered by the warranty on bracelets, necklaces and charms:
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and ageing.
- Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
- Damage caused by fire.
- Loss of the bracelet, necklace or charm.
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@CUS-Boutique.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

We aim to handle your complaint within a week. Please note: without proof of purchase we offer no warranty. This warranty ensures that you receive a free replacement in accordance with the conditions.
