How can I return my order?

What should I take into account when returning an item?

Make sure you return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Make sure it is well packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. We can only process the returns if the order is returned undamaged in the original packaging. For items that are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Jewelry guarantees

CUS ® offers a 6 month warranty on all stainless steel bracelets, chains and charms. Validity starts on the date of your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the bracelet, chain or charm.

The following are not covered by the warranty on bracelets, necklaces and charms:

Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging. Defect or damage caused by improper use or carelessness. Unauthorized repair or adjustment. Damage resulting from fire. Loss of the bracelet, chain or charm.

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@CUS-Boutique.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
